World globetrotter, club executive, hotelier, restaurateur and service guru, sum up Brian’s past 30 years in hospitality. Brian has received accolades from the Bermuda Sun, Jerusalem Post, Japan Times, Hotels Magazine and other major international publications,

 

Brian is a self-taught chef who has worked 30 years in some of the best hotels, restaurants and private clubs in the world.  Brian has a passion for cooking, flavor combinations, wine exploration, and recipe experimentation.  His inspiration comes from cooking as a small boy with his two grandmothers.  From them, he learned how to cook from the heart and to create authentic dishes that you can taste the love. 

 

Brian’s furthered his food passion by exploring, eating and experiencing some of the world’s most exotic markets in the Middle East, Asia and here in America.  Brian brings ethnic cuisine to the table in force.  Bold flavors, interesting combinations and his nearly 25 years of living in numerous countries is now what defines Brian’s style.

 

Recently, faced with health and weight issues, Brian began looking at food through new eyes. Focusing on balance, flavor and health, he launched his platform at www.dishbybrian.com and began creating healthy, flavorful, and dynamic recipes for himself and his followers.  During the journey to better health, Brian decided to help others in their plight for better health through fantastic food creations.  Brian offers recipes that feature ethnic and classical ingredients that are all healthy and delicious.  Now he is expanding his program into in-home cooking lessons and eclectic catering.
