1 Minute Guac

This is a VERY easy, fast and great tasting guacamole. I hate that it goes brown in the fridge so I just make what I need and will use. This is my go-2 version when I want to make an avocado toast, feeling like Mexican food or just eat with a spoon!



2-4 servings Steps 1


ingredients

1 large ripe avocado cut in half with the stone removed

¼ tsp garlic powder

¼ tsp kosher salt

¼ tsp ground cumin

¼ tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)

ground pepper TT


directions

1. In a small bowl combine all of the ingredients, mash with a spoon, taste and re-season.
