BEEF WITH BLACK PEPPER AND CORIANDER

This was YUMMMMMOOOOO! So easy to make (takes about 20 minutes) and incredibly flavorful with a big bold taste! Give it a try...

ingredients
1 lb NY Strip with the fat cut off cut into thin strips
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbl black soy sauce
2 tsp crushed black peppercorns
1 tsp crushed coriander seeds
2 tbl cornstarch
3 tbl vegie oil
3 green onions chopped
4 inch fresh ginger cut into matchsticks
1 handful of chopped coriander
2-3 Thai chilis (or jalapenos) *
*I love it spicy, but you might not
directions
1. In a bowl mix the soy sauce, black soy sauce, black peppercorns, coriander and corn starch and add the meat to marinate for about 15 minutes
2. In a wok (or skillet) heat the oil and cook the ginger for about 4 minutes
3. Turn the heat up to high and add the meat, cook for a few minutes
4. Add the chili, coriander and green onions and continue to cook for another 3 or 4 minutes
Serve it with my wok veggies (cook them in the same wok as the meat so it soaks up all the flavor) and my red miso cauliflower rice!
