Brussels Sprouts is a very polarizing veggie but if you don't like them give this recipe a try if you do like them you will LOVE this!! It is Ketofabulous (but a bit higher in carbs so watch what else you eat for the day) and L&G! It come out to about 11g of carbs and 344 calories...not too bad!
Give this a try, its super healthy and will make you a Brussels believer!!

Servings 2 Steps 4
ingredients
12 oz whole Brussels sprouts
6 oz sliced mushrooms
6 oz cherry tomatoes
3 oz chorizo (or cooked bacon)
2 tbl fresh cilantro chopped
2 tsp olive oil
S & P to taste
4 pinches grated parmesan
directions
1. Heat a large pan, add the raw chorizo and brown
2. Leave the chorizo in
the pan and add the Brussels and sauté until they start to caramelize and turn crispy
3. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, and cilantro and sauté until the mushrooms are soft and the tomatoes are bruised. Add the olive oil if needed.
4. Serve and top with the parmesan cheese!
