Cheese and Grilled Veggie Tart

No flour...low carbs...tons of flavor!!! I use Fonio as a binder instead of flour. If you haven't used Fonio you are missing something great! I love this recipe, it is so easy, fun and delicious. It makes a great lunch or dinner or even breakfast!!!

ingredients
3 cups of grilled veggies roughly chopped
4 oz goat cheese (softened)
4 oz fresh grated parmesan cheese
2 slices of Havarti cheese
3/4 cup cooked Fonio*
2 eggs beaten
S&P
*available online or at some health food stores
directions
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350F
2. Grab a bowl and gently mix all of the ingredients until they are totally incorporated
3. Put the mix into a prepared 10-inch tart pan
4. Bake the tart on a sheet pan for 30 minutes until the chase on the top bubbles and the tart has se
