"Cheesy" Herb Spread

I first had this at one of my favorite restaurants in Studio City, CA, Mister O's!!! Unfreakingbelievable!!! I recreated this and put a spin on it. It was delicious, and happens to be vegan, no carbs and full of flavor. It is perfect for a Lean & Green or Keto Diet!!! You can do just about any twist on it that you can think of!!!

cheezy” herb spread
2-4 servings Steps 2
For 4:1 . 1/2 leanest protein, 1 green
ingredients
1/3 pkg medium tofu
1 bunch fresh basil
1 clove garlic
1 sprig fresh rosemary
½ bunch fresh cilantro
directions
1. Put the tofu into a food processor and puree until it is smooth
2. Add the herbs and garlic and continue to puree until it is totally blended
This can be used as s dip, spread, or just about anything! I spread it on top of my cauliflower pizza crust and it was great
As a twist you can make a sundried tomato version or a mushroom using reconstituted dried porcinis or chanterelles
