Fat Bomb Mayo!

Your ketofabulous fat bomb Mayo! This will change your keto life :) Change up the spices and create great "aiolis" or other flavor mayos...these are awesome!




Servings 1 cup Steps 3


ingredients

1 egg yolk

3 tsp FRESH lemon juice

1 tsp spicy mustard

3 tbl apple cider vinegar

½ cup avocado

¼ cup canola oil

¼ cup good quality olive oil

2 pinches of salt (I like sea or Kosher salt for this)

1 pinch of paprika


directions

1. In a small blender or food processor add the egg yolk, lemon juice, mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt and paprika and pulse for about 1 minute

2. Combine the 3 oils in a pourable measuring cup

3. Continue to blend the mayo and pour the 1 oil tablespoon at a time letting it incorporate and emulsify (become thick)
