Gorgonzola Dressing

So so so simple and delicious. This is a great ketofabulous dressing for salads, veggie sticks, or just eating with a spoon ;)




Servings 1 cup Steps 3


ingredients

6 oz good quality Gorgonzola* cheese

1 tbl no carb mayo

4 – 6 oz heavy cream

1 pinch of salt (TT)


*Most gorgonzola is pretty mild, if you like your dressing “sharper” and more pungent use Maytag or Danish Bleu Cheese instead or in addition.


directions

1. In a small blender or food processor crumble the Gorgonzola by pulsing it

2. Add the mayo and slowly pour in the cream while blending until your reach your desired consistency

3. Taste and season as needed


You can store this in an air tight container for about 1 week if it lasts that long!
