HARISSA TURKEY

A great flavorful Middle Eastern dish with a Lean & Green and Keto-Fabulous twist. SO easy to make and such a joy to eat!

2-3 servings Steps 7
ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (lean)
3-4 tbl Harissa (see my recipe)
2 tbl olive oil
2 cups Turkish Eggplant (see my recipe)
Cilantro leaves to garnish
If you have or want to get ground fenugreek it makes a nice addition! Just add about 1 tbl to the mix as it cooks! I get my spices at savoryspiceshop.com
directions
1. Grab a pan and heat the olive oil
2. Add the ground turkey and begin to brown it
3. As it is browning add the harissa (and fengugreek)
4. Finish browning it but don’t overcook it
5. Warm the Turkish eggplant
6. Grab a plate and spoon half of the Turkish Eggplant on it
7. Top with half of the ground turkey and garnish with the cilantro
