I was craving steamed dumplings so I did a batch of Ketofabulous and L&G PLUS regular ones for my sister and niece who scarfed em up!! So easy, fast and HEALTHY. You can make them either low carb or not, These are so juicy you don't even need a sauce!!

4 servings Steps 5

ingredients

1 head Napa cabbage with the leaves removed

(20 4-inch round won ton wrappers) NOT FOR KETO/5:1

1 lb ground chicken

3 green onions finely chopped

1-inch fresh ginger root finely chopped

2 garlic cloves finely chopped

3 shitake mushrooms finely chopped

2 tbl Tamari soy sauce

1-2 tsp chili oil if desired

**Microwaving the cabbage leaves softens them so you can use them as the gyoza wrappers

directions

1. Remove 3 cabbage leaves and microwave them for 30 seconds, remove the spine and finely chop

2. Grab a large bowl and combine the turkey, chopped cabbage leaves green onion, ginger, garlic and shitake, soy sauce, chili oil

3. Remove the remaining green cabbage leaves (not the inner white leaves) microwave one by one for 30 seconds. Remove the spine can cut them in half lengthwise

4. Spoon about a tablespoon or so of the filling onto the cabbage leaf and roll it like a cigar

5. Using a bamboo steamer over boiling water, steam the dumplings for about 7 to 10 min

For won ton wrappers.

1. Put about 2 tsp of the filling in the middle of the wrapper, gather one part of the wrapper and pinch and make a circle around the edge of the wrapper creating a pouch.

2. Steam as per the recipe
