Huli Huli Ribs (or more :) )

This is a fantastic Hawaiian recipe that I love. It is so versatile from ribs, fish, tofu... The trick is the longer you


it the better it tastes! Great for a Summer BBQ with friends...mix up some Mai Tais and have you own Luau!



Servings 4 Steps 3


ingredients


¼ cup Huli Huli reserved

2 lbs ribs (Korean or spare…I love the thin sliced Korean style)

3 inched fresh ginger diced

3 or 4 green onions cut into 3-inch pieces

This also works GREAT with chicken thighs, salmon, shrimp or even flank steak or tofu blocks!


directions

1. In an airtight container add the Huli Huli, meat/protein, ginger and green onions.

2. Marinate overnight up to 2 days (1 day for seafood) turning and rotating so that it is evenly marinated.

3. Remove from the marinade, grill and baste with the reserve sauce enjoy.
