KISIR TURKISH BULGUR SALAD

ingredients
1 cup cooked bulger or I like to use African Fonio
2 bunches fresh mint chopped
1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped
1 bunch fresh dill chopped
1 clove garlic finely chopped
1 persian cucumber diced
2 small Middle Eastern pickles diced
2 roma tomatoes (seeds removed and chopped)
1-2 tbl olive oil
½ lemon juice
Pinch sea salt
Pinch fresh ground pepper
directions
1. Combine the cooked grain, chopped herbs and veggies in a small bowl.
2. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste
You can add other chopped veggies as you like! Peppers, grilled eggplant work particularly well!
