This is another NO CARB--FAST dinner! So much flavor, so light and so delicious. Add chicken, shrimp or any other protein...it is jus so easy and so healthy!!!

ingredients
1.5 cup pitted Kalamata olives
¾ cup cherry tomatoes
4 oz feta cheese
1 clove garlic
2 bunch fresh oregano
1 pkg Shiratake angel hair noodles drained and rinsed
1 tbl olive oil
directions
1. Using a food processor, puree the olives, tomatoes, cheese, oregano and garlic
2. In a pan heat the olive oil and add the noodles, toss to lightly coat them with the oil
3. Add the puree and continue to toss and cook until the puree is combined
4. Garnish with cherry tomato halves or basil
