This is a wonderful, flavorful, slightly spicy traditional spice mix. Use this with meats, veggies and hearty fish. It gives a terrific flavor punch!

¼ cup Aleppo pepper*

2 tbl crushed fennel seed

2 tbl ground cumin

1 tbl ground cardamom

1 tbl caraway seeds

1 tbl ground coriander

This will keep for about 2 months in a tightly sealed container and can be used for chicken, turkey or other meats as a great seasoning!
