I began this better health journey a few months ago and it is working GREAT!!! I feel like a different person, my breathing has improved by like...100000% and I am loosing weight . All of this and I get to push my creative limits to develop new, exciting EASY to make Lean & Green recipes...the key to my so far success.
These are some of my favorites from 2018 and look forward to TONS more in 2019!!!

Grilled Nantucket Scallops with Asparagus, blistered heirloom tomatoes and homemade pesto...

NOT lean and NOT green but OMG was it good. I made this bourbon, chocolate pecan pie for thanksgiving thanks to my great friend Sohan from Tokyo. He ran THE best cajun restaurant in Tokyo and he shared his recipe with me. I did eat a few bites!!!
The guests LOVED the pie and it was the hit of the dinner.

An inspiration from my years in Israel. Merugez Kabobs with a Mint-Zucchini Salad...so easy and packed with flavor.

A Thai favorite and amazing flavors! Yum Makhuea Yao. Thai lime chili grilled eggplant salad.

One of my most favorite foods from Japan is Gyoza...I used to eat them by the dozen. This is a Keto, no carb twist on these amazing, flavor packed dumplings....

A really REALLY simple turkey, cilantro, Thai chili and ponzu sauce concoction, surprisingly it was delish
Not green...but lean and DISGUSTING. I took my daughter to the disgusting food museum in DTLA and she dared me to eat the Spago worm...so id did and YUK!!!

A middle eastern and Israeli staple...hummus! This was made from cauliflower, tahini, lemon juice and garlic. It was a REALLY GOOD version and Keto, vegan and delicious.

Another Israeli feast of grilled turkey kabobs, cauliflower hummus and grilled eggplant & shitake mushroom salad.
A trip to Hannoi! Vietnamese lemongrass, chili, lime, mint tofu with fresh tamarind !!!!
