LOW Carb Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies....AMAZING

This is every chocoholic's DREAM. Ketofabulous (low carbs & low sugar) L&G and just gooey chocolate goodness!!! What are you waiting for??? Get that oven pre-heating!!



Servings 4 Steps 5


ingredients

8 oz sugar free chocolate chips

4 tbl melted coconut oil

2 eggs

2/3 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener

2 tsp vanilla

½ tsp salt

½ tsp baking powder

½ cup almond flour

4 tsp unsweetened cacao powder

1/3 cup chopped raspberries


directions

1. Microwave the chocolate chips and the coconut oil until the chips melt. Stir every half minute so they don’t burn. Let it cool to room temperature

2. In a bowl mix the eggs, sweetener, vanilla, baking powder, salt and raspberries…DO NOT OVERMIX

3. When the chocolate is at room temperature incorporate it into the sweetener/egg mix

4. Pour in the almond flower and cacao but don’t overmix it

5. Scoop the batter into 1-inch cookies on a prepared cookie sheet. They will expand!! Bake in a pre-heated oven at 370F for about 10 min. Let cool and enjoy!
