Refried Beans

Directions

1. Heat the oil and sauté the garlic

2. Add the spices and beans and continue to cook over a medium flame until the beans become soft and start to break down. (about 5 min)

3. Using a masher or a fork, mash the beans into a paste. Add cold water a bit at a time to achieve the desired consistency you likeLOVE refried beans...healthy and delicious. This recipe is so easy and tasty you will never want to use canned refried beans again! Add as much or as little chili as you like :)

1. Heat the olive oil in a medium pot, add the garlic and sauté for a minute or two

2. Add the cut tomatoes and let cook and break down stirring occasionally

They will be done when the tomatoes are completely broken down and look like a liquid sauce
