Shoyu Ramen

WOW this is awesome! I totally miss great ramen from tokyo. This is a SUPER easy to make NO NO NO NO CARB version. Leave off the chicken and its Vegan, add pork and its delicious...garnish it away! Hey, this goes GREAT with Gyoza!!!!

ingredients

1 pkg tofu shirataki angel hair noodles, drained

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp chopped fresh garlic

1 tsp chopped fresh ginger

1 cup chicken/veggie stock

1 tsp Stevia

3 tbl soy sauce

Chopped green onion (topping)

Thinly sliced chicken breast (4 oz)

Fresh ground pepper or Japanese chili


directions

1. Grab a deep pan, add the sesame oil and sauté the garlic and ginger

2. Add the stock, stevia, and soy sauce and let cook for about 5 min

3. Put the angel hair pasta in a deep bowl, add the broth and top with the onion and chicken and sprinkle the pepper/chili to taste
