Simple Tomato Sauce

So versatile and useful! This is a base for Mexican, Italian and French sauces and cooking. Make some, freeze some and use instead of canned sauce!

ingredients
8 to 10 Roma tomatoes Cut into quarters
2 cloves of garlic smashed
2 tbl olive oil
S&P TT
directions
1. Heat the olive oil in a medium pot, add the garlic and sauté for a minute or two
2. Add the cut tomatoes and let cook and break down stirring occasionally
They will be done when the tomatoes are completely broken down and look like a liquid sauce
