Smoked Tofu

So easy and builds so much flavor. Great to eat as is or add to a stir fry or your favorite tofu based recipe, I love it sashimi style with soy and wasabi!!!

ingredients
1 block of medium firm tofu
directions
1. Lightly score the tofu in a crisscross pattern about 1 inch deep
2. Put tofu on the upper rack of the smoker and smoke at 200° for about 30-40 min (flipping over once at 45 min) until they are firm and brownish
3. Let cool and put into an airtight container and refrigerate for 2 to 3 days to let the flavors develop
