Smoked Tofu & Asian Cabbage

This is a FAST and EASY L&G and Ketofabulous recipe, Just use really fresh veggies and if you don't have smoked tofu just use regular medium firm tofu. If you don't like tofu you can omit it or substitute another protein (shrimp goes great with this)

ingredients
1 block smoked tofu cut into 1-inch cubes
½ head purple cabbage
½ head napa (or green) cabbage
1 large leek (white bottom only) cut into 1-inch pieces
3 garlic cloves chopped
3 inches of fresh ginger chopped
1 tbl sesame oil
1 tbl soy sauce
directions
1. Heat the sesame oil in a wok or large pan and add the garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 to 3 min
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and continue to sauté for another 4 or 5 min until the veggies are tender
