Similar to the Gyoza filling but more of a Thai/SE Asian twist. So SO SO easy to make as well...

4 servings Steps 5
ingredients
8 Napa cabbage leaves
1 lb ground turkey
3 green onions finely chopped
3 limes juiced
2-inch fresh ginger root finely chopped
2-inch fresh ginger root peeled but whole
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
3 shitake mushrooms finely chopped
1 bunch chopped cilantro
2-4 finely chopped Thai bird chilis (or 1-2 jalapeños)—depending your spice levels
1 tbl light soy sauce
1 tbl fish sauce
**Microwaving the cabbage leaves softens them so you can use them for the wraps
directions
1. Microwave the cabbage leaves for 1 to 1.5 minutes (until soft), remove the spine
2. Grab a large bowl and combine all of the ingredients to make the filling
3. Spoon an eighth of the filling onto the cabbage leaf and fold it in half lengthwise (it will sort of look like a taco)
4. Using a steamer basket (or a metal steamer) add the whole ginger and one of the juiced lime halves to the water and steam (lid covered) for about 10 min or until the meat is fully cooked
5. I serve this with cauliflower rice and a sauce of:
1 tsp Hoisin sauce
1 tbl soy sauce
