Inspired from a trip to Pikes Market in Seattle this is a WINNER!!!! It takes time (a lot of time) to make the vodka but it is SO worth it!!!

ingredients

6 oz tomato juice

1 tsp white horseradish

1/4 tsp wasabi paste

1-4 drops of hot sauce (I like tapatio)

1 tbl worcestershire sauce

juice of 1/2 lemon

pinch of ground pepper and kosher salt

directions

In a tall glass combine the horseradish, wasabi, hot sauce, worcestershire and lemon juice and mix well

Add the Bacon infused vodka

Fill with ice and tomato juice

mix well and drink a few!
