WARM ASIAN “SLAW”

A great and colorful blend of cabbages and Chinese Long Beans....refreshing, easy and so yummy!!!
for the 5:1 plan (1 serving of green, 2 condiments, 1 healthy fat)

ingredients
8 oz shredded red cabbage
6 oz shredded Napa cabbage
4 oz Chinese long beans (or string beans) cut into 2-inch pieces
2 cloves garlic bruised
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbl rice wine vinegar
3 tbl ponzu sauce
directions
1. In a pan or a wok, heat the sesame oil and garlic until it begins to smoke
2. Add the veggies and sauté for about 3 min
Add the vinegar and ponzu and continue to sauté for about another 3 to 5 min until the beans are al dente
